Sky And Mist

We've had a very foggy day. Milder daytime temperatures ended in a cold night last night and a cold day today gave us thick fog. It's cleared quite a bit now and the sunset blushed the sky with delicate pinks which of course deepened after I took my picture!

This is for Sandy who loves her sky!

Dear Sue,
I got your URL off Dixie's blog, may I link to you? I want to learn to knit and I see you make one mighty fine-looking sock.

Dear Sue
I can't find an email addy so I'm leaving a message for you HERE, under that lovely sky!

n. the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise.

(added to the Concise Oxford English Dictionary in August 2004)

Bookcrossing is where you give your books an ID number then LIBERATE them! (various ways to do this...Can give to friends and family, leave on a parkbench, advertise in the forums or in the email groups and set up a bookring or ray etc etc) There are over 400.000 members and 2.5million books registered around the world. Then, having liberated your book, just like putting a message in a bottle, you can watch the progress of your book! If you'd like a book (as a random act of bookcrossing kindness or RABCK) then look at my bookshelves for 'availables' or 'to be read's which I will bump up to the top of Mount Toobie and I will send it you. Seriously. you can PM me from my bookshelf:
or http://www.bookcrossing/mybookshelf/s-devon-college
Although it started in the States - tis very popular here - and in Australia!
